On-off float controlled valve

Product overview
Is designed to control the water level in the reservoir. When the water level rich the minimal level requested and pre-set on the pilot, the three waysfloat pilot, switch-on the main valve. The valve fully open provide water in the reservoir. When the water level find the maximal level, pre-set on the pilot, it switch-off the main valve. With an adjustable speed the valve goes toward closed position. The float pilot is realized in stainless steel and studied to avoid any stall position of the main valve during the inversion phase. Typical installation in large reservoir, supplied by pumping station,booster reservoir, fire protection reservoir.

– Pressure sustaining – minimal inlet pressure;
– Solenoid on-off control function. A remote control switch on/off the valve  position;
– Check function. When the outlet became higher that inlet the function prevent backflow;
– Anti-freeze option;
– Flow rate limiter control;
– Pressure reducing with outlet orifice to control flow and prevent cavitation;
– Pressure relief or maximum inlet pressure surge control.
