RELINING is the most technologically advanced, rapid and eco-compatible solution for the internal and definitive rehabilitation of damaged pipes, eventually also replacing entire missing portions, without the need to replace the original pipe.
It is therefore the answer to minimize the social, environmental and economic inconvenience usually caused by this type of intervention.
In the Putignano case, the rehabilitation involved a 12 m section of a ductile iron downpipe with a diameter of 100 mm that crossed, both horizontally and vertically, a commercial activity.
After the accurate preventive study by our technicians, we opted for the non-destructive rehabilitation with CIPP (cured in place pipe) technology.
This method involves the use of polyester fabric tubular impregnated with carefully selected epoxy resin. The liner is placed and wound into the extruder before being inserted into the damaged pipeline using air pressure from a generator.
Polymerization then takes place at room temperature.
The adoption of the NO-DIG technology allowed us to perform the operation in an absolutely non-invasive and fast way and with reduced working spaces.
It was even possible to avoid the suspension of commercial activity during the intervention, thus limiting to a minimum any inconvenience for the client.
