HOW THE ANTI-MOSQUITO AND ANTI-ODOUR VALVE WORKS
In the event of rain, water falls into the storm drain, rises to a higher level and opens the valve blades to allow the water to flow into the main drain. When precipitation ends, the thrust exerted on the valve ceases, the blades return to rest and close the orifice.
In this way, the water in the well can easily evaporate while the obstruction of the collector caused by the valve avoids that any gas present in the main pipe goes up along the pipe and discharges unpleasant smells in the well, limits the proliferation of insects and mosquitoes and blocks the passage of any animals, leaves, butts or garbage in the collector.
Depending on the specific situation, it is possible to opt for a valve for horizontal application or a valve for vertical application.
