The T-Saddles are used to make quick and economical lateral connections to existing sewers or drains.
The T- saddle clamp-on joint consists of an EPDM rubber sealing plate with a “hatched” surface for better contact with the pipe and optimum pressure holding, and a shell with clamping system made from grade 1.4301 (304) austenitic stainless steel for excellent service life.
The worm-drive clip (100–160mm nominal bore) or Hi-TORQUE (200mm)clamps can be adjusted to suit the exact outside diameter of the existing sewer or drain. A single collar covers a range of diameters.
The T- saddle comes in four standard sizes, 100, 125, 160, and 200 mm, which allows branching off from sewers or drains measuring 160–630mm outside diameter. For bigger diameters, we make custom clamping collars up to 2000mm (please enquire).
T-saddle can withstand a pressure of up to 0.6 bar.
