Rehabilitation of air conditioning system and relative vertical columns at a school in Altamura (BA).

The intervention of remediation and restoration with spray technology of special resins has concerned the horizontal channels and the lateral connection to the classrooms, the vertical channels connecting to the U.T.A. (air treatment unit) and air recovery; for a total of 290 square meters.

REHABILITATION OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

The rehabilitation of ventilation ducts is a fundamental appointment for the protection of our health and the environment.

A neglected duct, over time, causes in fact:

– Immission into the air of substances even very dangerous;

– Proliferation of bacteria and viruses;

– Proliferation of mold;

– Worsening of the air quality in the premises.

The reclamation intervention is therefore aimed at restoring the initial conditions of the ducts, blocking the dusting and the deposit of organic and inorganic material aspirated over time, and simultaneously eliminating all bacterial and/or fungal colonies contained therein.

To this end, for the remediation of ventilation ducts we use a spray technology of special acrylic resin-based products, with which the inner walls of the ducts are coated, creating a continuous and resistant film.
