RELINING
RELINING is the most technologically advanced, fastest and environmentally friendly solution to rebuild internally and permanently damaged pipelines, eventually even replacing entire missing portions.
Without the need for excavations, breakages or other demolitions.
The no-dig technology is therefore the answer to each situation in which excavations and demolitions are not feasible or are not the most appropriate technique.
SLEEVE RELINING SYSTEM
For the rehabilitation of large diameter pipelinesthe best choice is the Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) sleeve technique.
In this case, the intervention involves the use of a sleeve that, after being inserted and wrapped in the inversion drum, is introduced into the damaged pipeline through air pressure emitted by a generator connected to the ejector.
The polyester fabric sleeve, previously impregnated with epoxy resin, is then cured at room temperature.
Sleeves and resins are carefully chosen according to several factors such as the characteristics of the pipeline to rehabilitate and the type of liquid.
